From 18 to 42 months children develop at a rapid pace. Their bodies and brains are gaining so many new skills. Language, social skills, body movement and emotional control all seem to grow overnight. At this age children begin to enjoy interacting with others their age and engaging in active play. All of this fast paced change makes this age an ideal time to begin participating in structured activities.
