A FUN WeeKick experience.

Your child has been invited to participate in a karate class by their friend at Driftwood Martial Arts. Your child will experience a fun-filled class with lots of exercise and karate-based activities.

Read through the participation requirements and complete the form below.

• Your child must be in JK or SK.
• Dress your child in track pants and a t-shirt. Class is barefoot.
• Guests must be accompanied by a parent who will also be participating in class.
• Keep all jewelry except for MedicAlert at home.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Arrive 10 minutes before class time.
• PRE-REGISTRATION and COMPLETION OF FORM BELOW IS MANDATORY for your child to participate.
